Introducing the first Countertop Cold Press juicer for the FS line – the FS-8.5 PLUS.

The FS-8.5 PLUS fits all of the great qualities of a high volume press into a smaller countertop unit which is perfect for restaurants and “to order” juicing operations.

The FS-8.5 PLUS is can handle any vegetable, fruit, leafy green, grass, herb and nut.  The FS 8.5 Plus has all the necessary certifications to make any health department happy.   FS commercial hydraulic juice presses squeezes more gently than other methods. This means juice is extracted without over-crushing cells or creating unwanted heat.

If you plan on manufacturing vegetables, nuts, or leafy greens, then we recommend the Sammic CKE-3, CKE-5, or CKE-8 vertical cutter/emulsifier to go along with this unit in order to pulp the product before putting it into the press. This will allow the maximum surface area to be exposed for pressing purposes without damaging enzymes or heating up the product.

All our FS cold juicing press models – FS-12, FS-20 PLUS, FS-30 PLUS, FS-45, FS-60, FS-90 – conform to ANSI/NSF Standard 8 and has the sticker to prove it for your health department inspection. This means you can visually verify that all surfaces are clean. We also weld our seams and don’t use “bolt together” construction methods that create crevices and require silicone sealants that eventually wear and can end up in your juice. In addition holes and crevices are hard to clean and could harbor bacteria. We don’t use gaskets that wear and shed as a shedding gasket ends up in your juice. We went the extra mile when we created our FS presses. We didn’t cut corners.

The FS cold juicing presses are NSF compliant and made in USA. The presses can be manufactured in 110V or 220V.
